My first attempt making the thesis statement…..

“Hearing aids have been around for some time now,they are very beneficial for those with the disorder of being deaf. People believe that hearing aids  are just for hearing improvement for those with a hearing loss. Although that may be true, this can also improve the well being of a person with a hearing loss disability.”

My peers’ response….

“I agree with Professor Rodwell that the information that is currently in your thesis would be good as an introduction or part of your background information.  I think your thesis might be missing a clear argument because most people would probably agree that the use of hearing aids would improve both a person’s hearing and well-being. Maybe take a stance on a certain topic within the use of hearing aids and prove it or say why.”
